Can I message customers about weather, road closures or reminders?

Yes — Broadcasts is for operational messages (weather warnings, road closures, pickup reminders, recalls), sent by SMS, WhatsApp and/or email. You choose the audience by booking state — for example everyone on hire right now, or everyone picking up in the next two days — and can filter by location or vehicle.

It's for operational comms, not marketing, and it respects opt-outs.
