Can I track servicing and WoF/CoF, and take a vehicle off the road?

Yes. The maintenance side lets you log servicing and compliance jobs and take a vehicle off the road for a repair — from a set date, either until an expected return or open-ended. While it's off the road it's automatically unavailable to book, and it comes back into availability when you close the job.
