Revenue → Pricing calendar in the sidebar.
It shows the effective hire rate month by month — what a sample booking on the 15th of each month would actually cost once your pricing rules, and any demand pricing, have been applied. That makes it the quickest way to see whether your seasons look the way you think they do.
Read this before you drag anything
The pricing calendar does not save. Dragging the bars and clicking Save changes nothing about your prices.
The screen will tell you it has unsaved changes and offer to save them. It does not write to your pricing rules today — writing back is a later release. The page's own description says so, but the wording is easy to miss when there is a Save button in front of you.
So treat it as a what-if view: a place to see the shape of your year and model a change before you go and make it properly. To actually change a price, edit the rule under Revenue → Pricing.
What it is good for
- Spotting a gap. A month sitting at your base rate when it should be a peak month usually means a seasonal rule with the wrong dates, or one that is switched off.
- Sanity-checking a new rule. Make the rule, come here, see whether the months moved the way you expected.
- Seeing demand pricing's effect, if you have automatic demand pricing switched on, since the rates shown include it.
If it did not work
- Your changes disappeared. They were never saved. See above — this screen models, it does not edit.
- A month looks wrong. The rate shown is for a sample booking on the 15th, so a rule covering only part of a month may not show. Check the rule's exact dates.
