Bookings → Alerts.
Glovebox raises an alert when something needs a decision rather than a retry: a payment that has gone unpaid too long, a repositioning suggestion nobody has acted on, a self-collection that got the keys but never recorded an odometer reading, a vehicle failing a compliance check.
Every alert has an action
Alerts are not a log. Each one links to the thing it is about, and dealing with that thing clears it — accepting or dismissing a repositioning suggestion, completing the self-collection, settling the payment.
If one keeps coming back
It is being re-raised because the underlying situation is still true. Clearing the alert without fixing the cause is a loop; the alert will find you again tomorrow.
