Customers → Abandoned carts.
Someone got far enough into your booking page to leave their details and then did not finish. You have their dates, the vehicle they wanted, and usually a way to contact them.
Why they are worth a look
A person who chose dates and a car had decided to hire something. Whatever stopped them — a price, a question, a phone ringing — is often a two-minute conversation, and they are far closer to booking than anyone who has never heard of you.
What to do with one
Ring them, or email. Ask whether they are still looking, and listen to the answer: a run of people abandoning at the same point is telling you something about your booking page, not about them.
The pattern across all of them is easier to see under See where bookings drop off.
If it did not work
- The list is empty. Either nobody has abandoned recently, or nobody is getting far enough through to leave details — the funnel screen tells you which.
- There are no contact details. They left before that step. It still counts for the pattern.
