This guide answers

  • Where do I put my GST number?
  • How do I set my legal business name?
  • How do I ask customers for a review?

Settings → Business.

  • Legal entity name — the registered name, which may not be your trading name. This is what belongs on a tax invoice.
  • Tax number — your GST number, or whatever your country's equivalent is called.
  • Primary website.
  • Operator notification email — where team alerts go.
  • Review link — paste your Google review URL and Glovebox can point happy customers at it after their hire.

Get the invoice details right first

The legal entity name and tax number appear on tax invoices. A customer claiming the GST back needs them correct, and fixing an invoice after the fact is more work than filling in the field.
