How do I set my rates and pricing rules?

Each vehicle (or vehicle group) has a base daily rate. On top of that, Pricing → Pricing Rules lets you layer rules that adjust the price:

• Seasonal loadings or discounts over a date range (e.g. +15% over summer);
• Length multipliers (e.g. a weekly or monthly discount, or a short-hire premium);
• Minimum days rules (see Bookings & availability).

Rules can be scoped to specific vehicles, groups, categories or locations, and are combined predictably at quote time.
