Getting started

Set up your team, sign in securely, and run more than one business.

How do I add my team?

Invite staff from your Team / Users settings — enter their email and pick a role. They get a secure link to set their own password, and they're verified automatically when they accept, so there's no extra confirmation email to chase.

Can I run more than one business from one login?

Yes. If you belong to more than one Glovebox workspace, a workspace switcher appears in your account menu — swap between businesses without logging out.

Do you support two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Yes — app-based two-factor (an authenticator app) with recovery codes. It's required for owners and optional for everyone else, so the person with the keys to the business is always protected. You set it up on your Profile page.

How do I reset my password?

Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a secure reset link. New passwords need to be at least 12 characters.
