Pickup and drop-off points, delivery fees, instructions and closures.

How do I set up pickup and drop-off locations?

Under Locations you can add each branch or pickup point, mark whether it's available for pickup, drop-off, or both, and set its address and map coordinates.

You can also add optional delivery / transfer fees (charged when the location is used as a pickup or return point) and pickup / return instructions that show on the booking page and in the pre-arrival email.

Can I close a location for certain dates?

Yes — see Bookings & availability → "Can I close a branch on public holidays or certain days?". In short: open the branch under Locations, use the Opening & closures section, and set closed dates and/or closed weekdays. Customers can't collect or return there on a closed day, but a hire can still run across one.
